Resort Maldives

PLACE: CLUB MED KANI Resort, Maldives.

COMMENTS: The whole island cluster is wonderful. The comments I heard before going there are all true. Club Med resort is globally nice, especially Water Villas. Only bad point is the food and common areas which are not so upscale. I guess the price is more affordable than many other Maldives properties. Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru, Angsana Ihuru and Angsana Velavaru are also great resorts to spend vacation to.
Must go with your loved one or/and if you are a diving addict.

The most amazing room I had ever. After a few stairs only, you can just dive into the sea. Small sharks and sting rays are also swimming into the water. Sunrise, sunshine, rain and sun does change the atmosphere everyday = Just wonderful.

Male: Maldives capital and main city. From the Sea Plane we can see the whole island. Every meter is built. The stadium is the only greenery!!! I heard the place is not so safe...

One Rochester, Singapore

PLACE: Restaurant One Rochester, Rochester Park, Singapore

COMMENTS: One of the most relaxful and beautiful place that I know in Singapore.
Staff is good and friendly (To be notify as it is not always the case in Singapore!!! Huge choice of Wine and beer. Must go especially during on of their Wine Diner or Jazz concert ;)

The entrance of One Rochester is very impressive, we feel like you enter in the jungle. As soon as you reach the entrance, there is a feeling of high class and peaceful place.

The resturant furniture are typical asian. But this kind of well preserved Black & White house is not common in Singapore.

One Rochester restraurant at the beginning of Rochester Park is crowded especially at night. Lights within plants make a good atmosphere in on of the best restaurant in Singapore.

One Rochester liquid desserts are just delightful!!! This can come with Asian/Auropean fusion food.

Bangkok, Thailand

PLACE: Banyan Tree Hotel and Vertigo Restaurant on the roof

COMMENTS: The highest outside restaurant of the world (63th floor) The view is amazing and the food is pretty good. Dress Code = Smart Casual Comment = Must Go

PICTURES:

First diner service is at 6.30pm at Vertigo Restaurant. It is a bit early, but then you can see the sunshine on Bangkok. There is also a bar where you can enjoy either your aperitif or drink after diner. For the restrictives budgets, this bar will allow you to see the view without dinner.


This restaurant as definitly the best view of Bangkok and I would even say the best in Asia (At least all the place I did visit).



Most of the table have a nice and clear view. The day we were there, it was not raining. We were lucky because if it rains, I guess all the staff brings all clients and dishes inside, which could be complicated...


The service in Vertigo restaurant is great also. You really feel that the staff is well train compared to other restaurant in Bangkok and in Asia.

Semyniak, Bali, Indonesia

COMMENTS:

One of the most wonderful experience for our first trip to Bali. Our accommodation at Serene Villas was exceptional. Beautiful surroundings, but you wouldn't know it until you go down there. The place is clean, the service is very good and the location is perfect. Advice: Must go especially with a few friends or family.

This is one of the Best Pool Villa I know in Bali. The villas were impressive. We stayed in the Frangipani Villa , two bedrooms pool villa. Very nice place. We had a 4 ft x 4 ft private pool!

One of the 2 Bedrooms of the Serene Pool Villa, in the heart of Semyniak. Bathrooms and Rooms were perfectly clean.

But the best part of staying at Serene is the friendly and efficient staff. We had delightful butlers to prepare breakfast for us each morning in our villa and, if we had any special requirements, they were only to willing to arrange things for us. We had a friendly driver to meet us at the airport and also take us on a day's trip to Ubud (his local knowledge was exceptional and very interesting, and he even had a few good jokes to tell too).

We had dinner cooked for us in our villa on two occasions - the first was wonderful fresh seafood which we enjoyed served on the deck of our villa which had been decorated with flower petals and candles. Very special! We also had some wonderful 'local' dishes cooked for us too. We enjoyed the short walk to the wonderful restaurants in Seminyak and a little further to the beach. We had such a wonderful time that we have no hesitation in recommending Serene Villas to anyone planning a holiday to Bali - we will definitely be back!!

Club Med, Bintan Island, Indonesia

Place: The Club Med Ria Bintan is easily accessible from Singapore (45 minutes by Ferry)

Comments: My holidays in this property were unforgetable. The All-Inclusive package is convenient as well as all activities we enjoyed for free.

Club Med Ria Bintan rooms are clean and big, with a cosy balcony.

The Club Med village is pretty big, therefore some of the rooms are far from the Bar/Restaurant

The beach is close to the resort center.

The Club Med building is not very nice but the 2 pools are big enough for children to play and adults to relax.
